		<description>Interesting post! I find this one very informative. I can definitely call this food therapy. By putting all of the basic nutrients into your body on a daily basis, depression can be avoided or reversed.  However, once depression has set in, it can be quite challenging to even imagine having the energy or desire to do any of these things. .</description>
