Thanks so much for this simple recipe! We're in the process of creating a chem-free home and I am anxious to try this. Do you use liquid lecithin or granules?

I have this bookmarked now! Thank you so much for sharing these recipes. I don't think I knew you have Eczema? Have I told you how much our son was helped by taking the Vidazorb chewable probiotics? His Eczema was horrible, he would itch, bleed and cry a lot and no one had any answers for us. It was very frustrating, but finally our prayers were answered because my stepdad told us about the probiotics and we knew we just had to try it. It has worked so well for him that he hardly has any signs of Eczema left (and it has been about 8 months now). Anyway-

I am so interested in natural recipes for body and cleaning care and can't wait to try these! Thanks so much and I hope that our story can help you!!
