Watch this video before shopping for your children’s school supplies. Make sure you only buy things which are free of PVC and other toxins.

A special thanks to Anita Kaiser of ShopEco for letting me know about this guide.
Take a look at some of the PVC-free school supplies I’ve found for you below:

Hi Lexi,
Thanks so much for telling us about this. I did not know that pvc was so dangerous. I tweeted this post – other poeple need to know this. I believe my hubby’s water bottle is made out of pvc too so I better replace it.
Thanks again,
Eren

Thank you very much, Eren! I was much enlightened as well – and so glad I didn’t go school shopping early. I hope you’ve downloaded your guide
This is really flicking me out… I wonder how such products were allowed in the market where in fact they are harmful to the health of the children. They should look into these matters. Of course as a buyer we always assume that if it is offered for sale especially in the public, we assume that it is safe.
I am extremely aware of chemicals in my food containers (at least I do my best:) I hope the FDA starts banning them or at least showing what chemicals are in the containers that hold our food.
