Some of you responded that you’d rather make your own face paints. Well, that can certainly be done!
I hate it when I’m falling asleep in front of the TV, but as soon as I lay in bed, I toss and turn, my mind wide awake! Has that ever happened to you?

Since I became a stay-at-home Mom, mornings have become the most stressful part of my day.
I have to prepare three lunches (it used to be four, but now my eldest daughter is away at university) and make sure the munchkin boy and girl are dressed and on time for their school buses.
It was worse when my son was younger. No sooner have I gotten him dressed when he would need to go to the washroom. Oh my!

Every Halloween, I always try to incorporate face paint in my kids’ costumes.
Face painting is fun. It lets me express my creativity. And it’s a lot safer than Halloween masks, which can limit kids’ ability to see their surroundings — not safe when they’re crossing the street or walking around cars.

I’ve never been a good sleeper. When I was a child, I refused to take my afternoon naps. Then in university, I started getting insomnia. I knew it was bad if I finished reading a chapter of my history textbook, or praying the rosary, and I was still awake. Nowadays I’m still an insomniac and very poor napper.
Next time I have trouble sleeping, I’m going to re-read the following list of interesting sleep facts.
